The Lone Blog - Blog Queen

What is a blog or social network really? What are they for? Since the dawn of the information age has come to blossom, the Internet world has blossomed as well.

The connectability and reaching out for new and unique social settings and situations have spawned an influx of interesting and viable resources for information sharing and socialization. The social network scenario has come to a momentous explosion, with every viable type of interest, hobby, business, and group represented. The socialization and searchability of the Internet, (thanks in a major way to Google) has become fun, entertaining, informative, and interactive.

People from every walk of life are exchanging knowledge and information. They are having fun in the process with the different forums for social networking. The games, chats, groups, networks, and topics are limitless.

The definition of a blog is really just an online diary of sorts, a shared journal of whatever the author finds interesting and worthy of sharing. The postings usually sit in chronological order or reverse chronological order. Typically updated daily or weekly, the blog entries reflect a particular topic, the personality of the author, and possibly what they are passionate about.

A blog is a social network in itself, maybe far removed from your contacts more so than a static website oriented toward a group gathering, but still a social network of blogs and bloggers in itself.

Now, a social network includes sometimes a sub set of blogs, hosted on the social network site, blogger groups, and then a variety of other groups, networks, people, topics, graphics, profiles, and fun.

A Social Network is defined as any website that allows multiple users to publish content themselves. The information may be on any subject and seen by potential friends, mates, group members, employers, or employees.

Creation of your profile at various social network sites is your stamp or first contribution to any social network. Exchanging public and private messages, list groups they are connected to, and make friends in a variety of ways. Commenting on others submissions is a great way to interact in the social network world.

The core topics and who the social network draws to its site are key to choosing if that site is for you. Most of the social networks around are free to join and become a member of. This will allow you the freedom to get to know a site and see if it is for you or not. Get connected on the Internet and enjoy.

Check out my latest idea in blogging. It is going to be a site to highlight GREAT BLOGS! As soon as I get it all up and running, It will fabulous and focus on the FABULOUS in the blogging world! Stay Tuned... http://www.blogqueen.wetpaint.com

The Lone Blog Busy Busy

Whew...What a busy busy past week! Got a lot done and a lot discovered in the field of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) A crazy topic and a crazy life we lead finding the right combination of sites, keywords, posts, elements, applications, and blogs....Whew!

Lots and Lots of research and design, but the craziest thing about this SEO stuff is that it is a constant state of change and mutation. To keep ahead of the shift you need to be at the right place at the right time.

So, indeed there is a part that requires "luck" ( I call That GOD) I believe he stears us in our guidance and leads us to the water, if we drink and listen good for us, if not we shift around with the rest of the chasers until we decide to hear HIM.

God chooses and he is Large and In Charge. I believe that. The road less traveled....well, it never stays less traveled if indeed you have found the correct road to success. Soon there will be a crowd and rushing waves down the small path creating a six lane freeway where once The Lone Blog stood wondering if she should take this path or go back the other way.

Definition Of A Blog

A Blog is an online diary of sorts...a personal log of pictures, articles, a web page really that was labeled a weblog or web log, shotened to Blog!

It can reflect a specific topic, a gammit of inclusive topics, a variety of hodgepodge, news, reviews, etc. Usually the author or authors of any particular blogs "colors" shine through, meaning that the authors personality shines through the in the layout, agenda, and content of the blog site. The "Flare" of the author shows through.

A Blog is a shared online diary or journal where the author posts content in reverse chronological order or in chronological order for their hobbies, interests, articles, whatever their passions and interests are.

Speaking Of Innertubes...

I was thinking again about The lone blog, An Inner Tube on The Ocean and realized that I have never done a post about the innertube and what it is, what its for, its side uses, manufacturing, etc,.

When it comes to good quality inner tubes, you want to look for a company that specializes in inner tubes, not one with inner tubes as its side or secondary add on business. Locating these companies are no longer difficult because of the brilliance of GOOGLE! I found one in about 3 seconds in the search engine called Innertubes.net, great site much information and high quality specializers in inner tube.

The American Heritage Dictionary defines an inner tube as: inner tube
n. A flexible, airtight hollow ring, usually made of rubber, that is inserted into the casing of a pneumatic tire for holding compressed air.

It's the inside part of a pneumatic (filled with or containing air or gas) tire that people also use for fun ie: In the Ocean, beaches, and swimming areas and pools of the World! Inner Tubes are very useful, but can also be great fun, taking an inner tube down a spring run or diving onto one from the deck of your swimming pool. Tubing the lazy river at a water park, or taking it down a water park slide. How about down a snow covered hill or a very inviting sand dune! With inner tube races and bicycle tires, kids in the surf, and reusing the car type inner tubes for cool chair designs!

If you need an inner tube for reasons that they were originally created for (the inside of a tire), I found this site to go check out. http://www.innertubes.net/catalog/

I hope this helps! Diggin' the inner tubes myself! :) Enjoy.
